Alongside her, a team of senior consultants trained in industrial engineering, IT and business administration — certified in PMO, Agile, Scrum and ITIL methodologies — supports every project, from diagnosis through to implementation.
Laura Vilas
Laura Vilas is the founder and director of LV Consultoría Empresarial. She has more than 25 years of executive experience at consumer goods, retail, publishing, technology and family office companies, where she has led strategy, transformation and growth projects in demanding, highly competitive environments.
Her career combines the perspective of running large organizations with the agility of entrepreneurship: alongside leading her own consultancy, she has served as an independent advisory board member for family-owned companies and businesses undergoing professionalization, bringing corporate governance and a rigorous outside view to strategic decision-making.
This dual perspective — that of someone who has led large organizations and that of someone who has built a business and advised boards — is what she now brings to every LV Consultoría client.
